I ate Kakiage Ankake in this morning. Kakiage is a fried vegetable. It's so delicious! I'm so happy!
"Very" is OK! But I prefer "so"— your post seems informal, so I think it's better to use "so." I also added "a" before "fried vegetable." Good work!
