INDEFINITE PRONOUM FOLLOWED BY ARTICLE?? EINEN DER
I'm trying to translate a difficult german text from late's fifties in whitch there are an indefinite pronoun followed by an article. I really don't understand when i read this. Here is the text part:
"Trozdem wäre es voreilig, deshalb von vornherein einen der Nachprüfung entzogenen Beurteilungsspielraum der Behörde zu verneinen."
Why "einen" is not followed by a substantive?? in which order should i understand it?

COSA SIGNIFICA?
Stavo leggendo del libro e ho visto una frase strana: "[...] se ne leggono di tutti i colori".
Non ho saputo dirne il significato. Forse sia dell'espressione italiana che significa "di tutte le forme"??
Potete aiutarme?

Il condizionale como desiderio
Ho visto dubbi nel´uso del condizionale come desiderio. Quando si parla "vorrei", non si richiede il imperativo, neppure il presente. "Vorrei" indica possibilità, è CONDIZIONALE. Come tale, il verbo della proposizione subordinata deve stare al CONGIUNTIVO. Sappiamo che il congiuntivo ha diversi tempi, uno del quale è il presente "faccia". Però, quando nella proposizione principale hà un desiderio, ordine o dubbio, e viene con il verbo al PASSATO o CONDIZIONALE (presente o passato), il verbo della frase subordinata bisogna stare all'IMPERFETTO CONGIUNTIVO. Quindi, sempre che la frase principale indicare un desiderio con il verbo al condizionale, usate il IMPERFETTO CONGIUNTIVO nella frase subordinata! Grazie per la vostra atenzione!
