Exercising is the best thing for our health. It can prevent heart disease, diabetes and some kinds of cancer such as colon cancer that can lead to die. It can remove depression, bad cholesterol and fats. Scientists recommended to do exercise about 30 minutes everyday. A regular exercise can contribute to our brain function that help us to be active and independent in our later life.

Penso che siano un paio di cose che una persona possa fare per migliorare la propria salute. Secondo me, una cosa molto importante è la nutrizione. Si deve fare attenzione a quello che si mangia. Si dovrebbe mangiare tanta frutta e verdura ed evitare i cibi con alti contenuti di grasso. È anche raccomandabile mangiare sempre allo stesso orario e non saltare un pasto, ad esempio la colazione. Dormire bene è anche molto importante per migliorare la propria salute. Così il corpo può riprendersi e caricarsi di energia per la giornata successiva. Fare sport regolarmente è anche un aspetto molto importante per avere una buona salute. Si dovrebbe fare sport almeno tre volte alla settimana.

Pour améliorer la santé, it faut qu'on fasse des exercices régulièrement et mange des aliments propres, comme des légumes et des fruits pour obtenir les micronutrients et les vitamines nécessaires pour le corps. On doit aussi manger du viande ou n'importe quoi source de la protéine pour aider les muscles à se développer.
