Intan Deviana

After 10 months of consuming media in Indonesian, I finally starting speaking in the language, albeit very basic. Intan definitely made me feel comfortable to speak and I believe it's because we established a strong emphasis on communication, thanks to the crosstalk sessions that we had. I'm so glad I had book her as a teacher and hopefully, my Indonesian will become decent enough to have a more fluid conversation. Aku mengucap terimah kasih Bu Guru Intan :)

Perfect as always

I had a really great class with Intan. She had prepared a video for homework which I watched a few times before class. We then spent the class going through the things I didn't understand in it and Intan had prepared questions. It was a really engaging and helpful class. Thanks Intan!

Today we had an interesting session. We started off talking about Independence day in Indonesia, which is August 17th. We discussed about different activities that Indonesians participate in on this lovely national holiday. My comprehension has definitely gotten better from the awesome crosstalk session that we had.
