I really enjoy my lessons with Ira, she's always prepared and really patient and cheerful

I've just started working with Ira. I learned a bit of Bahasa Indonesia informally when I lived in Indonesia, but I now want to consolidate and learn with more structure. We have started off with basic review and daily words. For me, I appreciate that Ira conducts all of the lesson in Indonesian. It helps me improve and remember words I forget. Equally, if I can't speak in Indonesian I'll revert to English and she can understand/translate back to Indonesian. Thanks Ira, sampai minggu depan.

Indonesian now coming together for me. Ira is so patient. I didn’t seem to make progress in the beginning. Now I am doing much better. This is how most of my language learning projects have gone. Indonesian is my 7th.

Another good lesson with Ira. We spent most of the lesson practising speaking (which is my number 1 priority). She was also very encouraging and patient with me when I was trying to construct sentences and questions 😊 See you next week Ira !

Going good now. Takes work. Teacher is great!
