Hello, I’m Desi (also known as Ecy)—an experienced and dedicated Indonesian language instructor with five years of expertise in teaching various aspects of the language, including grammar, conversation, business Indonesian, and courses tailored for children. My teaching approach is patient, kind, and adaptable, ensuring a supportive learning environment for students of all levels. As a language learner myself (currently studying Arabic), I deeply understand the challenges of acquiring a new language, which allows me to design lessons that are both effective and engaging. I'm currently learning Arabic so I understand how it can feel to start learning a new language, it may feel intimidating just to think about it, but I can assure you that it will be easy and fun to learn Indonesian. I will practice speaking with you, during our first lesson I will assess your needs and make sure I have full understanding of your speaking fluency. If you're a beginner, we will focus on learning new words and putting them in sentences. Words: I will give you Indonesian new words in every lesson based on topic that we share. I will write the words for you so you can memorize it. Practice: We will practice speaking Indonesian language, you will learn pronunciation, so you will speak like a local.
