Lina is a great teacher. Her small-talk method is fun, engaging and effective. I love how we spend a lot of time each lesson just talking - that's fantastic practice! I learn new words in sentences, I listen to the language more when she speaks, and, of course, I try to make sentences on my own. Lina writes everything down so I can read it again and again after our lesson. She prepares very structured and clear materials. I also have homework, and when we check it, Lina asks some additional questions - so from the very beginning (I started from 0), you will talk A LOT during Lina's classes, and that's good. She is super kind and has positive energy. Thank you for guiding me on my way to learn Indonesian :)

Lina is a really great teacher! I've been taking classes with her for over a year now and the past few months I've done more intensive daily lessons. I started as a complete beginner. She has really great materials for beginners and lately she's helped me with topics more specific to my PhD. She's really well-organized and very easy to talk to. Her English is also really good which is helpful for beginners or when discussing more complex topics. I teach languages myself and I can confidently say Lina knows what she is doing. I can definitely see progress when I listen to podcasts or try to read a bit of Indonesian on my own. I would definitely recommend her.
