👋Hi and welcome! My name is Matthea, I am 28 years old and I live in beautiful Uganda. I was born and raised in the Netherlands, I lived in a town called Dordrecht for 23 years. Dutch is my mother tongue, but I am also fluent in English since I speak English most of the time nowadays. I love visiting other countries, being creative (also digitally) and cooking! I've been teaching on Italki for over a year and I have done 1000+ lessons!ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
🎓I have a degree in Primary Education and I was a primary school teacher (mostly ages 10/11) in the Netherlands for a few years. After that, I moved to Uganda to homeschool some children. I also gave them lessons in Dutch as a second language. Since I love to be able to focus on one person, adapt to their needs and create lessons for them, I am excited to teach online.

💻 I love to prepare my lessons well and use variety, so it's stays interesting. I will adapt to what you want to focus on and together we will make a plan for you. I will keep repeating what we have learned, so it's easier for you to remember.
