Matt|French Tutor 🎯

My speaking skills in French have improved a lot since the first lesson with Matt. I talk a lot and he remembers every single thing that I say and asks more about it immediately or in the next lesson. Even though we’re just having a conversation it is never boring. Throughout the week I can’t wait for the next lesson! Thanks to Matt, I like French more than before because he helps me speak fluently.

I usually only leave public reviews after a month but Matt is the first tutor I decided to leave a public review for within 2 lessons. He is one of the best language tutors I have ever had for the following reason. I am an intermediate French speaker (around B1) and I recommend any intermediate speaker to sign up with him. • Conversations flow with him and he is a great listener. So you won’t have much problem if improving your conversation skills is your goal • He is proficient in English (basically native level) so switching back and forth or overcoming confusions is never a problem • His speed for providing and suggesting words is faster than with other tutors I have had • He is encouraging, welcoming and has a bubbly personality which are very important under the stress of conversation classes • He is focused on your errors and how to improve them which he showcases by through with you the new things you learned and your areas of weekends at the end of the class.

Matt is a great teacher! He gives you plenty of time to speak, asks interesting questions, and points out useful vocab / grammar tips. Highly recommend :)

Fantastic teacher with the best teaching methods. Matt is also very kind and patient. For those seeking to enhance their confidence and significantly advance their French proficiency, he is an excellent choice.

I loved my first class! He listened to my goals and to what I would like to achieve, then explained how we can do it. We talked and he patiently waited if I wasn't sure about a sentence, he asked questions to keep the conversation going. I can't wait to have another lesson with him! Thank you so much!

Only getting to know Matt but we have got off to a good start and I feel confident in having quite a few more lessons with him.
