Hey, my name is Marijke, I'm from the Netherlands and I love teaching Dutch :) I teach yoga, learn how to surf, while traveling and living abroad.

Whats exites me is to really motivate and help you and seeing making students progress in learning my beautiful native language Dutch. I am intuitive and listen to my students needs. I believe in a communicative approach: my students start speaking from day 1 by being introduced to basic structures! But on your own tempo :)
I focus on speaking and listening so that you feel comfortable in everyday situations.
I have a intuitive approach of teaching, which means I listen to the students needs and which exercises we can use to help them get there. Also I want to make sure to create a fun and cozy atmosphere, so that the class doesn't become as stressful or serious.สื่อการสอนของฉัน

Marijke is a very patient and motivational teacher. In the first class she understood my needs and reasons to study Dutch and in the second class she prepared a nice Introduction lesson in which she made me pronounce Dutch sentences and words to introduce myself to anyone in her native language. As I am a beginner student, she took the time and effort to repeat each word and sentence again and again to make sure I am able to pronounce every phrase correctly. At every moment during the lesson, she encouraged and supported me continuously which made me feel confident and curious to learn and explore more and more of Dutch. I am extremely happy with her style, effort and method of teaching and would recommend her to every person who wishes to study Dutch at any level. Thanks again Marijke for being so calm and patient during the lesson and for being my teacher. God Bless You!
