Hi there, I'm Fadri.
I'm a native Indonesian living in Jakarta. I love learning and teaching languages. I can help you learn or improve your Bahasa Indonesia. Whether you are a total beginner who knows zero about Bahasa, an intermediate learner who's improving on specific parts of your learning, or an advanced speaker who just wants to have a friend to chat with, I can help you in your language journey with Bahasa Indonesia.
I am working for an international consultancy, but in my free time, I spend my time learning and teaching languages, reading books, and feeding stray cats in the neighborhood.ฉันในฐานะผู้สอน
I am a language learner as well: I speak English and Dutch well, Mandarin Chinese (not so well yet), and I can read in French. I also just started learning Japanese.
Though not a professional teacher, I know how to learn a language in an effective and fun way. That's why I would like to help people learning languages, especially Bahasa Indonesia.
Regarding the method, I am a fan of comprehensible input and conversation methods, so I will help you learn Bahasa Indonesia through stories, articles, daily conversation, plus a healthy portion of Indonesian grammar. And for sure, we will learn Indonesian culture, foods, nature, and anything about Indonesia along the way!

Another great lesson down! I liked how my teacher kept the flow of the lesson by constantly asking me relevant questions. My mind was constantly working and I felt I achieved so much.

Fadri is a great teacer in this platform, I think. Even though many teachers provide a low quality lesson with expensive fee and no manner, he is not. If you have experienced that your teacher did not show up or always excuse with a bad connection, I highly recommend you to take his lesson. Thank you very much.

Really enjoyed the initial lesson and how he was willing to tailor his teaching style and methods to my needs. I got alot of opportunities to speak and explanation was always crystal clear. Encouraging and just makes me wanna learn the language even more!
