we had a conversation, practicing everyday conversation almost all in Chinese. it's what I need right now. Christine was very nice and welcoming, and encouraging!

The thing I liked about the lesson was that it was an unstructured conversation using as much Chinese as possible. I know almost no Chinese but enough for her to challenge me on what I do know and to try to teach me a few words. It was very challenging and I think a half hour was about right. She gave me advice/homework to memorize one or two sentences a day, which I plan to follow.

Christine is great for conversational practice, she can adjust her speed and vocabulary to make sure I follow and push me towards more natural phrases, and is prepared with many questions and topics.
