I strongly believe in intrinsic motivation, and this is typically achieved when I don't fill you up with countless information- but I teach things that STICK with you, and otherwise make sure you feel comfortable and entertained. Ironically I was never a good student in school, because teachers tried to fill my brain with information I didn't even feel like I needed. Thus, I try to be the teacher I always wish I had.

Goethe certificate in methodology and didactics: Trained teacher with over 8 years of experience I am very lucky because I love my profession. But passion alone is not enough to be a good teacher. You also need didactic, methodical and pedagogical skills. For this reason I decided to attend the distance learning course "DaF Methodik und Didaktik" at the Goethe Institute in June 2019. I successfully passed the final exam. I am convinced that teachers need to be constantly trained, too. So they are able to offer their students the best teaching performance.
