This is the second of a two-part lesson plan that looks at the causes and impact of stress in the workplace. Students read about and discuss how small and medium-sized businesses can reduce stress among employees. The students will discuss the topic of work place stress together during the lesson.

The students will learn vocabulary related to workplace stress and practice using it in a group discussion activity. The lesson includes an exercise on expressing future probability. The first part of the lesson will be given on another date but it isn't necessary to complete both lessons in order to benefit from the material.
