After getting to know each other, we all will take turns to share our opinion and ask questions about some of the best and worst elements of our lives: which has been your best holiday, your worst boss, your best childhood memory, your worst birthday, your best concert, thorst hotel you have stayed in, etc.? Group sessions are a great opportunity to practice in a relaxed space, make mistakes, and have fun together. Our phones should on silent mode (if there is background noise, you can just mute your mic so that others are not bothered). We're all here to support each other, so please be respectful and punctual, and approach conversations with an open mind and positive attitude. Don't be afraid to ask questions! How to prepare The specific skills you need for this session are to be able to talk about this topic: share experiences and opinions in past. However, I can guide you and help you if you need to.
