こんにちは伊藤久夫です。
今日は山に登ります。
東京の八王子市にある高尾山に登ります。

新宿駅から電車に乗って約1時間で終点の高尾山口駅に着きます。

はい、高尾山口駅に着きました。
この高尾山口駅の駅舎、station buildingは木でできた木造の駅舎です。
有名な建築家・隈研吾氏が設計しました。
高尾山らしい魅力的な駅舎です。

さて、今日は6号路 Trail 6 を登ります。
登山客もたくさんいます。
高尾山は子供やお年寄り、そして外国人にも人気の山です。

6号路の入り口に来ました。
今日は6号路を登りながら花の写真をたくさん撮ります。
途中6号路で休憩を取ります。
暑いので水分補給は大切です。

川のせせらぎが聴こえますか。
せせらぎとは小さな川の水の流れる音です。
6号路にそって小さな川が流れています。
水はきれいです。

登山道を登っていると、上から降ってくる人たちとすれ違います。
(こんにちは)
すれ違う時、こんにちはと挨拶をします。
束の間のこのやりとりが楽しいですね。

高尾山は標高599メートル、つまり高さ599メートルの低い山です。
ですから、登山口から山頂まで約1時間半で登れます。
途中ケーブルカーに乗ればもっと早く着きます。
高尾山には年間300万人も登っているのです。

登山道を歩いていると、いろいろな鳥の声が聴こえてきます。

やはり、今の季節は、ウグイスですね。

ホーホケキョと鳴きます。

高尾山では、植物は1321種、昆虫は約5000種、鳥は約160種見ることができます。
だから春に行っても、夏に行っても、いつ行っても自然を楽しむことができます。

山を登っていると何か食べ物が欲しくなります。
登山者はいつも行動食、トレイルフードを持っています。
以前友達と高尾山にきた時の会話です。

「この飴、おいしいよ」
「うーん、おいしくないよ」
「じゃ、こっちの飴はどう？美味しいよ」
「うーん、こっちもおいしくないよ」
「それじゃ、これはどう？ぜったい美味しいよ」
「うん、これはおいしいね」
「そうだろ。おいしいだろ。私も食べよう。うん！美味しいね」
二人で飴をなめながら登山道を歩きました。

さて、きょうは　ろくごうろ Trail 6 を　のぼります。
とざんきゃくも　たくさんいます。
たかおさんは　こどもやおとしより、そして　がいこくじんにも　にんきのやまです。
ろくごうろの　いりぐちに　きました。
きょうは　ろくごうろをのぼりながら　はなのしゃしんをたくさんとります。
とちゅう　ろくごうろで　きゅうけいを　とります。
あついので　すいぶんほきゅうは　たいせつです。
かわのせせらぎが　きこえますか。
せせらぎとは　ちいさなかわの　みずのながれるおとです。
ろくごうろにそって　ちいさなかわが　ながれています。
みずはきれいです。
とざんどうを　のぼっていると、うえから　くだってくるひとたちと　すれちがいます。
すれちがうとき、こんにちはとあいさつをします。
つかのまの　このやりとりが　たのしいですね。
たかおさんは　ひょうこう599めーとる、つまりたかさ599めーとるの　ひくいやまです。
ですから、とざんぐちからさんちょうまで　やく1じかんはんで　のぼれます。
とちゅう　けーぶるかーにのれば　もっとはやく　つきます。
たかおさんには　ねんかん300まんにんも　のぼっているのです。
とざんどうを　あるいていると、いろいろなとりのこえが　きこえてきます。
やはり、いまのきせつは、うぐいすですね。
ほーほけきょと　なきます。
