I had a fever and it lasted for three days. 我连续发烧了3天。

eg： My throat is sore: 我嗓子疼。wǒ sǎng zi téng。

No.3 Sore and pain酸痛[suān tòng]
eg: I feel pain and sore all over my body: 我浑身酸痛。wǒ hún shēn suān tòng。
