Particularly in winter I feel lazy, tired,and exhausted. In summer I feel very active but unfortunately on winter it is other way around. Do any of you have similar experience or feelings?

Particularly in winter I feel lazy, tired,and exhausted. In the summer I feel quite active but unfortunately in winter it is the opposite. Do experience that also?
