As others have said, contact the teacher and explain the situation. However, bear in mind that the teacher isn't obliged to honor any request to reschedule at such short notice. Italki's 24-hour policy serves to protect teachers from losing their income due to short-notice cancellations and many teachers stick to this policy.

If the lesson is more than 24 hours away, go to the lesson detail and click on 'Cancel lesson' or 'Change date/time'. If the lesson is less than 24 hours away, this won't be possible. You have to contact your teacher, explain the situation, and ask to cancel or reschedule. The teacher will know what to do. However, bear in mind that the teacher can refuse your request in this situation.
