I usually go to bed at midnight. I watch some TV programs, but it depends on the day of the week because sometimes there is nothing interesting to watch on TV. For that reason, sometimes I prefer to watch some TV series or films on Netflix. I usually have chamomile tea before going to bed. It makes me feel more relaxed. I hardly ever read before going to bed because I’m very tired and it’s too late for me to do an activity like that. When I was a teenager I used to read before going to sleep, but right now I just can’t do it.
