1) Have you ever been to English-speaking countries? No, I've never been to there.
2) I wanted to go to Australia, Canada and England, but at that time I hadn't a opportunity for it.
3) What brings you leaning English? I want to communicate in English if I go to foreign countries.
4) Were you already once in Japan? Have you ever been to Japan? If yes, where did you go and what for?
5) Tokyo is a capital of Japan though, I think, Kyoto and Nara which were the former capital of Japan, might be more traditional and more fascinating than the metropolis.

4) You can rephrase it as:
Have you been to Japan before? Have you ever been to Japan? If yes, where did you go and what for?
5) Tokyo is the capital of Japan though, I think, Kyoto and Nara which were the former capitals of Japan, might have been more traditional and more fascinating than metropolis.
beside from corrections, i tried to change it to a more common way
