For example, a well-known salad, called Шопска салата, it is a Shopska salad. This salad is a very famous dish and is Bulgaria’s national salad. Another famous dish is Таратор or Tarator, a popular dish in the summertime. It is made from yogurt, garlic, and parsley and served cold.
