Bedtime routine After dinner which is around 7-8pm,i watch entertainment tv shows or movies , sometimes I chat with friends with my phone. in summer times, my husband and I often go downstairs to have a walk which turns out go along the night fair. at about 11 pm, we have a bath , separately ! At last , we lie on the bed and gossip something or just play on the phone until fall asleep. We are one of the most common couple who reads little , which is not right. hope people who read my words have more positive energy. keep learning all the time.
