This time, I have been so busy with so many things especially studying English. I know I am not fast at learning so I have to be patient. I used to waste time and be not concentrated on any special thing and now, I have to make up for it before it is too late. I enjoy myself when I study.

These days I have been so busy with so many things, especially studying English. I know I am not quick to learn, so I need to be patient. Having wasted much time in the past and having failed to focus on any special thing, I now find myself scrambling to catch up before it be too late. On the bright side, I like this. Studying suits me well. Saying "before it be too late" is not necessary. You can also say "before it is too late". The advantage of saying "be" is that the subjunctive mood adds a feeling of imagination that the simple present lacks.

I have been so busy lately/recently with so many things especially studying English. I know I don't learn fast / I'm not a fast learner so I have to be patient. I used to waste time and lack concentration when I had to work on something special and now I have to make up for it before it is too late. I enjoy myself when I study.

Nice job. "THIS TIME" means, on this particular occasion out of other similar occaions. Example: I failed the test the first two times I took it, but this time I passed."
