I went to the gym on November 28th. I was able to lift bench press on the 67.5kg. My goal is to lift 70kg on the bench press by the end of this year, so I think I'll achieve it. I started weight training six months ago, and at first I could only lift 45kg on the bench press, but now I can lift 67.5kg on the bench press. I feel my growth . After six months of strength training, my body has changed, and my body has started to look like a cyborg. Other than that, I have become much stronger in waking up in the morning, my mind has become much more stable, and I have gained an unfounded confidence. All the good things have happened since I started strength training. Lately, I've been studying TOEIC every day. I found a good place to study. Takakura Coffee is near my house. I can concentrate better than at the library. On December 3rd, I studied by myself for 7 hours. I have TOEIC this Sunday, so I'm going to study a lot this week. My goal this year is 600 points, so I definitely want to get 600 points. My ultimate goal is to get a TOEIC score of 850 and receive 100,000 yen from the university by the time I graduate. Then I think I'll fly to China with that 100,000 yen.
