At first, I thought it was easy but it’s hard to make every day! When I was in high school, I respect my mom who made me a lunch box every day.🍱

We do say 'I'm not good with mornings' but saying you're not a morning person is a lot more common and natural :) the last sentence you need to be careful as it sounds like you respected your mum in highschool but I think what you mean is you respect her now for making the lunches when you were in highschool?
