There are a lot of pointless rules in my school, if I am being honest/to be honest. We cannot dye our hair, we cannot paint our nails, and we also cannot use our phones not just in school, but on the way home. I think the most pointless rule we have is that we can only wear black hair ties. I do not think wearing a brown hair tie or other colors will distract students from focusing on what they should be doing. I understand that some hair ties are so fancy that they can distract the students, but I certainly do not think school has to restrict the color of them. I do think it is a ridiculous rule.
