I have been avoiding what I don’t find interesting but it still has to be done, and the time to do it is running out. I wish there was some way around this but I don’t think there is. Time becomes more important the less of it you have. On the scale of our lives, as we get older, the less we have remaining to us, so its value increases. The less inclined we are to do the things we don’t find interesting. So we should do the tedious things when we are young ; the problem here is that when we were young we were not at all inclined to do those things . . . we wanted to make the most of our time . . while we were young and healthy . . and leave the tedious things until we were older. Is there a solution to this conundrum ?
