Do you know what is Ahijo? It means “chopped garlic” in Spanish. It’s a simple dish with olive oil, garlic, takanotsume, and other ingredients. It is seasoned with only salt. In Spain, they often use a heat-resistant ceramic plate called Casuela to cook/serve it. I have known about Ahijo before. However, I was surprised to learn/(find out) that it is seasoned with (only) salt.
