There are lots of healthy recipes for every different meal. For breakfast I can suggest the recipe "Yoghurt with oatmeal, flaxseeds, nuts and fruits". It's very healthy and so yummy. I love it.
Fruits have some important vitamins, flaxseeds make you more saturated and oatmeal and yoghurt have some important protein.
For lunch I can suggest a salad bowl with salad, eggs, nuts, other vegetables, cheesy products like mozzarella or cream cheese and some carbohydrates like rice, bread, noddles or potatos. It's also very yummy and have all the important things what the body needs.
For dinner I can suggest some easy food like a soup or fish with vegetables and some carbohydrates.
The most important thing is that you give your body the things what he need. Vitamins, carbohydrates and fat.
