Not really, but you might find an English speaker here who is learning Italian, with whom you could arrange to do speaking practice. Otherwise, here on iTalki there are thousands of professional and community tutors with whom you can book lessons. You can set your criteria for choosing the tutors by price, location, languages spoken, etc., etc.

There used to be a way to filter and select a language partner on this website. Unfortunately, that was gone for good. I have never exchanged language with other learners on this website. Anyway, I prefer to practice speaking any language only after I acquire a high level of listening skills. Otherwise, we could not distinguish between a mispronounced word or something simply due to different accents. Finding someone with a similar or higher level of language skills might be more beneficial in the long run if you are not doing a language exchange—just my two cents.
