This is a tough question because I admire a lot of people. So, instead of listing all the people I admire, I'd rather emphasise certain qualities that I admire in people, such as courage, discipline, good ideas, and being helpful. These people make the world a better place.
You could say list in place of emphasise, but it would be repetitive. Also punctuation in English is used more extensively than in Spanish. The commas I have used break up the sentence and make it clearer. The final comma, after good ideas, and being helpful is probably not needed, but can sometimes make things clearer. It is called an Oxford comma. If you want to waste a day in your life on the internet, search how incomprehensible but very passionate arguments take the issue no further.
