It seems to me that incentives are a crucial approach to increase staff productivity. Most of us choose to work for a living. So the higher salaries and possibility of promotions motivate staff to work harder. Apart from that, giving them a considerable(significant) bonus at the end of the year as a reward is a great way to make them feel that it is worth working there.
