Look up free podcast and find one that interests you. I actually have been helping students with their listening and vocabulary building through media like podcasts. If you are looking for extra help in that area please take a look at my profile. Basically, listen to the podcast once. Then write a few questions. Listen again and see if you can answer the questions. Also write down all new words to define them. This will be really helpful not just for podcasts but audio books, movies and TV. I lime star talk, national geographic podcast and SOME of Joe Rogans(some of his are a bit out there and not kid friendly) but some he interviews intesting people. Just B podcast and divorced not dead are others I like.

Elliot T J has both Spotify podcast and Youtube channel. He’s great! I also love English with Lucy on Youtube.

"English Across The Pond" podcasts would help you a lot with both accents "American" and "British". You can take your English skills to the next level.
