i go to work in a factory by motorcycle every day at 7:15am, I start work at 7:30am , finish work and have lunch 11:30am , take a nap after lunch, then go to work at 1:30pm, then finish work at 5:30pm and go home.

Interesting lunch interval of two hours where you can take a nap. Very nice!
