As we live in the world, we need to connect with others every day. Only god can live alone. Relationship is created during human activities. As we grew up, we are suprised that everyone wants to get more benefits in their daily life. In that case, conflict happens, but nobody likes it. So, we try our best to keep a good relationship with others, then get the proper benefits. According to my experiences, a good relationship is based on respection.For example, when a pair of parents want to build a great relationship with their children, they must respect their children like their friends first. But many parents treat their chilren with a bad way. They ask their children to do everything on their wish. It's unfair. Resulting as their children don't want to communicate with them.So, my advice about a best relationship is that no matter you are a manager or parent, you should give the employees or children some room, because everyone is eager to be respected. This rule also fit for couples.
