Today it's snowing a lot here.
The snow has the power to cover the edges of the world, hiding the difference between every little part of it, so that everything seems to belong to a bigger muffled composition.
The snow steals every sound.
I can hear the soft sound of my step while walking along the mountain path.
The short sound of my shoe that crushes the fresh snow before disappearing quickly into this silent snowy moment.
My body is cold, but my heart is melting in front of this lovely sight.
I love to smell the fresh air looking at the candid branches of the trees.
Every single being of the wood seems to be waiting for something that has yet to happen.
A change maybe.
A silent change, because there's no need to make noise to change, look at the snow.

There’s nothing to correct here. Looks good. Keep practicing. Thanks.

Beautiful!
“...hiding the differences between every little part of it...”, as “difference” is plural here.
“...bigger, muffled composition.”
“I can hear the soft sound of my step while walking along the mountain path, and then, the short sound of my shoe, that crushes the fresh snow before disappearing quickly into this silent, snowy moment.”
This is to link the noun phrase “The short sound of my shoe...” to the verb “hear”, to make it a complete sentence.
I loved the use of “candid” to describe the leafless branches, in the sense that they are “plain”, “clearly understood.”
You may have intended to use “candied”, as in “coated with sugar”.
Either way, you are the writer, and I am the reader, so it is up to you! Thank you for the essay.

Today it's been snowing heavily / a lot here. The snow has the power /ability to cover the edges of the
world, hiding the differences between every /each little part of it, so that everything seems to belong to a bigger muffled* /more unified** composition. The snow steals /muffles every sound. I can hear the soft sound of my step (while) walking along the mountain path. The short sound of my shoe crushing /that crushes the fresh snow before quickly disappearing [quickly] into this silent snowy moment. My body is cold, but my heart is melting in front of this lovely sight. I love to smell the fresh air, looking at the [candid] [candied ? ] bare branches of the trees. Every single being of /in the wood seems to be waiting for something that has yet to happen. A change maybe. A silent change, because there’s no need to make noise to change : look at the snow.
*’muffled’ usually applies to sounds and noises
** I can’t think of an appropriate word for the covering up of the fine details of the scene
