Usually in formal prose we write out 'percent' or 'per cent' (a little more old-fashioned).

The only grammar issue is that you should use a preposition like "with" or "at" between "playing" and "24%" rather than use a comma. The punctuation also has issues. Don't put spaces before commas or periods ("full stops" in British English.)
