I am a practitioner of Intermittent Fasting. That means I eat only during certain hours of the door and refrain from taking food for over 16 hours. Instead of eating smaller meals at a higher frequency, I find this style of fasting helps me to maintain my weight and keep up my energy level much better. Have you ever attempted some similar dietary style and how has it benefited you?

Hi! I am a new community teacher hear. In this extremely hard time I just thought it would be nice to teach people some Russian, Ukrainian:)I hope it will take my thoughts away from what is going on. It’s tough to be away from my country due to the current situation. I will be glad to teach you guys and at the same time to earn some money to support my little one.
