Slow down!!! A student of mine was very comfortable in business language. But when he needed to talk about everyday things he froze and couldn't get his words out. He spoke very fast but when I asked him to explain something he started to mix his words up and I could not understand him anymore. So I told him to slow down! Speak slowly and clearly and you can communicate much easier. You've got this! If you need any help with confidence speaking I am the right teacher for you.
