I have never seen anyone write "fuddle". I had to look up the difference between "befuddle" and "fuddle". Evidently, "fuddle" means almost the same thing as "befuddle" except that "fuddle" tends to refer to the result of alcohol. They there's "stuperous stories". I'm not sure a story can be stuporous. I'm not sure exactly what you mean by saying that. Everything else is fine, but as for those two words it sounds like you are grasping for a particular meaning and coming up with obscure words that we don't use and which might not mean quite what you want. Maybe "fuddle" isn't obscure exactly, but there's probably a way to say what you mean using more common words that will be more readily understood.
