In #1, "gets" means "becomes".
In #2, "get" means "make".
When learning English, it is a good idea to try to use the verb "to get" as little as possible. It means a zillion different things and there is almost always a better word to use.

Both sentences are grammatically correct, but they have slightly different meanings and nuances:
"He gets angry easily." - This sentence means that he becomes angry quickly or frequently in response to various situations or triggers. It describes his temperament or emotional disposition.
"He is easy to get angry." - This sentence suggests that it is easy for others to make him angry. In other words, he is susceptible to becoming angry when certain conditions or actions are present.
Both sentences are natural in English, but the first one ("He gets angry easily.") is more commonly used to describe someone's temperament or personality. The second sentence ("He is easy to get angry.") is less common but could be used in contexts where you want to emphasize how easily others can provoke his anger.
