Come up vs. come out, what's the difference?
I know these are two of the most common phrasal verbs, but I still don't know how to use them in context?
Could you please help me and tell me what's the difference and what context do I have to use them into?
Thanks in advance.

Come out is used when
(1) to go somewhere/out
(2) something is published

(4) results
(5) something is stained and you manage to take the stain away

‘When will the new series come out?’
‘John finally came out from his room’
