Directed by the acclaimed James Cameron, Titanic is a 1997 film with protagonists Leonardo Di Caprio and Kate Winslet. The film tells story about two characters: Jack and Rose. They belong to two different social classes, then Jack and Rose meet on the ship and fall in love during the tragic journey. The film’s genre is a historical drama. It begins with the story narrated by Rose in her elder years, and she documents the tragedy. On the plus side, the film is really realistic even if It tells a fictional story. The two actors were very talented and they have disclosed the true feeling of the characters, creating a real empathy. Visually stunning- the digitally created ship is so realistic and for a 1997 film. Overall, I believe that Titanic is appropriate for people of all ages because It’s a genre which can be understand by everyone, both adults and children. In fact, when I watched it for the first time I was 11 and I was fascinated and moved by it. I absolutely recommend you to watch it too.
