Thanks for the advice, but I do think that some people know a little about their linguistic history. Also italki is a huge platform maybe there are people who are really interested in grammar, history. I just wanted to give it a try and as I've already mentioned above my focus is also the social media behavior of Tamil speakers. So maybe someone is able to talk about it. Apart from that will I also take a look at those links. (:
