No. To limp is to not walk properly because you have a bad leg. A limp leaf of lettuce means that it is not crisp or fresh.
To cripple as a verb means to hurt someone so they can’t use one of their limbs. It can also mean to stop something working. ‘The country was crippled by strikes’
To call someone a cripple is maybe considered a little offensive in these times.
In fact I could get banned again for that word! 😂

"Limp" and "cripple" are not synonyms.
"Limp" refers to difficulty or an abnormality in walking due to an injury, weakness, or stiffness in a leg or foot. For example, "He limped because of his injured ankle."
"Cripple" is an offensive term and is not appropriate to use to describe someone with a disability. It is considered insensitive and derogatory. The more appropriate and respectful term to use would be "person with a disability" or "person with a mobility impairment."
