Hi! Could you check the attached picture? There is a phrase "According to the ... concerned", I wonder if the word "concerned" can be replaced by another word, or is it a fixed collocation? To write that sentence by myself, I actually used "It was said that....", is it equivalent to "According to the record concerned"? I guess no😨 "record" seems plays a complementary part in that sentence?🙏🙏🙏
