Overcast skies today. At dinner, Dad kept raving about the pork chops he had for lunch at that new place – the one we went to without him! Bless him, I wasn't jealous one bit. But maybe he went a little overboard at lunch? Dad usually devours dinner, but tonight he barely touched his plate. He was acting cool, but I could tell his stomach wasn't happy. He even skipped his favorite after-dinner coffee and retreated to the couch with his phone for hours. Eventually he admitted that his belly ached and he ate too much at lunch. This is what happens when you spoil your stomach! Bless his heart, too childish!
