Speaking about flights I will buy the ticket for 30th May from Rome Is the preposition for properly used ? Thanks for your help 🙃

Are you flying TO Rome or FROM Rome? I will buy a ticket / a flight to/from Rome for the 30th of May / May 30th.

"for" is correct and "to Rome" would be more natural. Hope this helps :)
