This is my last night’s dinner. It’s a simplified japanese ramen. I never been to Japan but I love their cuisine. I took a couple of japanese cooking classes in my city and I’ve learned some delicious recipes! I call it “simplified” because I made the broth with “dashi” powder instead of meat. It’s quicker to make and I really love the taste!
